It would take too long to name all of the good things in this piece, so I'll just focus on the stuff that needs improvement.

-The music was good, but kind of unsuited to a piece related to all things nintendo.
-Some scenes looked too sketchy.
-The length and conclusion is good, but it could have been maybe 2 minutes longer, with another character.

Wonderful film, it gives you the urge to play some Nintendo, and vote 5. =D

Which was ruined by the sprites from Mortal Kombat being a lot bigger than the DBZ ones (and i'm not just talking about the one that was intentionally bigger.

Also the lines appear to have been written by an 8 year old (shit grammar) and overall was hard to read.

This idea of characters from different games 'invading' the others universe is getting old, find some other way for them to meet.

Only a sprite of some sort ranting on about an author trying to stop spam which no one cares about. Yes he is pointless, trying to stop spam submissions from getting turd of the week and underdog of the week but you are no better trying to also get turd of the week and underdog constantly yourself, I really don't see the point why you all try this every week. If this is the best thing you do with your free time then I feel sorry for you.

Yes spam submissions are annoying but the reason for making movies for newgrounds is not to make movies deliberately not being good and just saying how you hate spam submissions, it would be better to talk about it on the BBS, and what's this you're saying about spam submissions being forced to stand down if you get the awards? Spam will always be in newgrounds no matter what, yes we hate it but this is beginning to look hypocrital as you said underdog and turd awards are underserving when you yourself are aiming for them.

Animation was good, the song got annoying after a while and this would've been a whole lot better if brawl actually came out but since they keep delaying it, it hasn't.

But it was short, good drawing though, if it makes it through the portal it should probably go in the serious shorts section but as for that thing you said that emos cut themselves to ease pain, that just makes it worse but if emos think that it feels better then that's a reason for people to think of them as weird really.

I know this was one of your first so it gets a 9/10 but still the stats and abilities system was pretty awesome. I had trouble with the grim reaper too for all you confused gamers. I know "Oh my God it's not loading the image how am I supposed to win?" Well this is because you don't have the dragon eye armour, wear it and the Grim Reaper will be visible. As for being killed in one hit this is where he flashes white, reaches over with his scythe and strikes you, when this happens block it and you should be fine..........Phew!
